WHAT'S UP WITH FSBOs IN COCONUT GROVE

Ever-more a rarity, I still see homeowners trying the FSBO (for sale by owner) route in Coconut Grove, as these few who dare to go it alone believe to become leading Coconut Grove experts is solely a function of putting up a "FOR SALE" sign.
